The ECDP is located in the Tallinn city centre at Toompuiestee 10. Members of the Board of the ECDP, contractual employees of the ECDP and the building, as well as visitors of the building can park for free in the parking lot located in the courtyard of the ECDP to attend an event at Toompuiestee 10 or visit an organisation that is located in the building. You can get there by trolley No. 1 and bus No. 40.
The building of the Estonian Chamber of Disabled People is wheelchair accessible. The building has an adapted toilet and an elevator to the second floor. The large hall has a loop amplifier for people with hearing impairment. There are labels for visually impaired people in the Braille.
