The goal of the project is to assist people who are actively involved in providing support to those with digital skills. Many activists in the field of disability help their organization members and those in need to cope with using digital services. An increasing number of services are digital, but users may not know all the tricks and need assistance. As part of the project, solutions are being developed on how to provide such assistance most effectively.

The project is creating a curriculum to teach vulnerable populations digital skills, including the use of digital tools. After developing the curriculum, it will be piloted during cross-border training, which consists of four modules and involves 30 trainees from four different communities (Estonia, Malta, Lithuania, and the European community of autistic people).
Following the pilot phase, the project aims to introduce the created solutions in communities of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, including during European Union presidencies. The project will also make policy recommendations.
